- You must request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached.
- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
- Please take care when trying on garments, we cannot accept garments that have any makeup stains or that smell of perfume.
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
- The cost of the original shipping and return will not be reimbursed or refunded, except in the instant of faulty items.
- The item/s must be received before the refund or credit note is issued to the customer.
- Refunds will be issued back via your original payment method, please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 working days to clear the payment.
- We will send you email notifications along to the way to keep you updated.
Please follow our returns process below:
- Complete the return form below within 7 days of the date of delivery, indicating the item you wish to return whether you would like to return for a refund or credit note.
- You will receive an email response confirming your return request as well as a return number.
- Complete the Returns Form that was included with your delivery, using the return number provided.
- Please package the garments with the completed Returns Form and lodge at an Australia Post facility (within 7 days of the date you received your delivery) to:
